Supporting Local Youth Lacrosse and Community Values

There’s no more charitable group than the local youth lacrosse program. But like most community programs, they need loyal support from organizations that believe in their future. Today we’re taking a look at Holt Lacrosse and their mission of supporting young athletes in grades 3 through 12. We’ve also drawn some comparisons to the way community centered programs such as these reflect the mission of the dedicated Parisi Law Firm.

Holt Lacrosse, which is located in Howell, Michigan, not far from our headquarters in Westland, Michigan, provides a unified program for youth from the third grade through seniors in high school. The primary focus is on competitive lacrosse games, tournaments and camps. Holt Lacrosse also participates in other community based youth events as well.

The team environment, so crucial to youth development, is reinforced by the goals, shared experiences and friendly competition of Holt Lacrosse. Because the program is built on a strong sense of community, it’s easy to see how this atmosphere also promotes the individual and group success of its members. A strong community promotes team spirit and fosters a sense of belonging, both of which translate well into the lacrosse experience. But it’s also true that teamwork, in the sports sense, transcends to the idea of teamwork in the legal field.
